Flexographic printing is a printing method that uses special flexible relief plates to transfer ink to the desired surface. Our flexo printing machine allows the use of up to 10 colors, including gold and silver Pantone shades. The ink is scratch-resistant and can also be used on thermal papers. This is the most commonly used method for printing a single design in large quantities or for tinting sticker material blanks. It requires more setup than digital printing, but is more economical over time for unchanging data.
