We also offer a variety of special effects in post-processing. Which, when incorporated into the design, can make it more visually appealing and engaging to potential customers. Such embellishments (special effects) convey luxury, quality, and uniqueness. They help products stand out on shelves and strengthen brand identity. They can also create a special tactile experience for the buyer, making the product memorable.
We offer
Coating
Usually this will be lacquer or laminate, depending on the product’s use and requirements, with glossy or matte options available. To make the result more interesting, we can offer a “soft touch” laminate, which will be matte and feel more like silicone to the touch. If you want the opposite effect, we offer a “sandy” laminate, which is matte but rough to the touch, like sandpaper.
Laser cutting
We mainly use cutters for sticker shapes, but laser cutting lets us create unique forms—stars, trapezoids, animal silhouettes—for small runs. We can also cut out various objects in the sticker itself, such as a window, so that the buyer can see the product itself or certain design elements.
Foil press
Both hot stamping and cold stamping are available. We would particularly like to highlight our cold stamping capabilities, as this process is digital, which means that no additional clichés need to be made. Cold stamping lets you depict a wide variety of objects in your designs without extra layout costs. Standard colors are available for cold stamping on site – gold, silver, bronze, and holographic foils. However, if you have a specific color in mind, feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Sector varnish
The varnish is applied not to the entire surface of the sticker, but only to specific areas or sectors. This selective varnishing technique highlights certain design elements, such as logos, text or images, adding a glossy shine to them. Spot varnish creates a contrast between the varnished and unvarnished or matte areas, enhancing visual appeal and adding texture. It is often used to highlight key parts or elements of a label.
Screen printing
It is possible to create raised relief on various objects to highlight them in a similar way to sector varnish, but with a more pronounced elevation. It is also possible to create warning signs (Braille triangles) and Braille writing.
Silk foil
With our latest equipment, we can also combine screen printing relief with the metallic shine of foil printing to achieve a premium-class result – so-called 3D gold. Of course, not only gold, but also all other available foil colors can be literally “raised to unprecedented heights”. This adds unforgettable depth and impact. The combination of light, metallic sheen, and texture makes this product irresistible to customers.
